Oh dear Bunny.... I think you'd better check the facts. No major rollout is planned, been confirmed or presently can be funded.
Also when we talk of 'major rollouts', can we please understand what such a rollout is numerically? A 'major rollout' is not 20, 50 or 200 parcel lockers, but more like the 500, 1000, 2000 installation programs that our competitors embark on.
