Talk about 'mates rates" !!!
So management decides that it is suitable to gift Milestone Sports 250K and reduce the original loan down to a mere 250K owing. Then it again gives a major concession to Milestone Sports by requiring that just interest will be paid on a monthly basis for 18 months from 24 May 2017. If that is the case then that should take that arrangement through to November 2018. So what is this nonsense about from November 2019 ? Does Milestone Sports have an interest holiday from November 2018 to November 2019 ? Or can someone in managaement not add 18 months to May 24 2017 and get November 2018.
I mean that is just sloppy again unless they are giving Milestone an interest holiday
But whenever Milestone Sports actually starts to repay the substantially reduced loan it is then given great mates rates again with it spread over another 18 months.
In the meantime either shareholders will be expected to cough up some more funds or else have their shares consolidated again.
What a sham.
