Most startup companies fail unfortunatly.... Its just a fact of life unfortunatly....statistics have never favoured any successful startups.
One just must try to extricate from an unfortunate situation what one can at the time right there and then. This is what i think has gone on.... Its Minority expensive shareholding vs 50% Cash returned. VIC still are the debt holder... So they have Milestone by the nuts....
Lets see what happens with the milestone thing in the end. Hopefully with anyluck soon we wont be talking about it...
A new deal must be near soon in my opinion. The stock seems to have tightened up over the past few months. Any hint of a deal will see this pop nicely IMO
