I think no buy back as stock is too illiquid already and co wouldn't be able to buy enough shares cheap enough, hence wouldn't be positive
Acquisition. Well unless they can buy a business with as much market share as corum health I would skip this option. I would even go further and say maybe sell real estate business if they can get a good price and either buy a healthcare bolt on or do a big capital return
Divi's. Co has nil debt and consistent cash flow. Best option IMO is to pay out 80%+ earnings in dividends.
