In case you've not seen it Reuters Finance carries a brief report of the arrangements negotiated. They state that $145 m has been arranged mostly from the Standard Bank of South Africa ($90m ), $35by cartesian Capitol and $20m to be in the hands of Seymour Pierce from share issue. At least the figures are in the public arena now for the market to dissect.
