They have paid the May 5 million, next big one is June with 11 million due.
Sale of GSA1 yet to be confirmed, hopefully they are going through due diligence with some buyers!
Fingers crossed it's not too much of a discount from book value. Even if the lending market is dificult in the US. The interest rates and the quality of the overall portfolio would make it an attractive long term investment.
