Thats exactly what I did. Sold my house at the top in 07 then put it all into shares as always wanted to do this full time. Boy what a learning curve ive been on. However only 100k down overall with plenty of green shoots in my folio now & I plan to be back in front within 3-6mths. With all the small buys & paper trades ive done over the years I reckon u dont ever really learn unless u put some hard earned on the line. Anyway even tho I'm still down a bit its one of the best things ive done, now livin my dream full/part time & I dont have to suck up or listen to fwit bosses ever again.
