Hi Jcriddle...

if you read my earlier post on another thread called "my post from yesterday", you may understand the risk. until I have answers to a number of questions i fear that if another bidder does not emerge (which I admit is now looking more likely), and TLW gets to 19.9%, they may withdraw from the market and wait for the SOA meeting. The SP will immediately drop IMHO.

If that happens, and the SOA is voted down, the SP will not recover and TLW will have a 19.9% stake which might lead to a series of partial takeover offers, with no control premium, or even worse the y may wish to ssell and then that would mean an overhang...etc etc.
