Yes that had occurred to me as well..........but I have given Simon the benefit of the doubt tooooo often!! The scheme arrangement which precludes much invetsigation by other potential bidders is just unbelievable ... particularly if he is hoping to encourage another bid.

The other thing that is on my mind is ..... why all the buying of HDR shares at $2.03??????????????? The concensus seems to be that another bid is unlikley ..... but it does look like someone is building a stake??? Hmm.

I agree Dodds the whole thing is very hard to stomach afetr our long involvement with this company.
