pwu, how many of the discounted reits are paying divs?

what does that say of BJT health cw others.

Reality of that, is that if we are paying divs, (and if you go past the one offs of paying for bnb management rigths etc) then our full year divs, going forward, 2010, maybe 12-13c? 2008 would be a guide.

So compare that with others, a not so dscounted such as DXS, 72c is looking at paying 6-7c in 2010.

Now cw BJT, 36c, and 12c div.

I actually hold DXS as well, but it is just a trade for me, solid performer, and will fluctuate in its range.

But when it comes to DIV and cap growth, once the company shrugs the name, which reminds me, they said a few weeks ago they were going to change it in a couple of weeks, i'd better call them and see what is goin on with that.
