Your statement that the reduced dividend was pointing to some looming corporate activity is flawed.
Even an extra 10c payment (relative to OZL dividend policy and the amount available to be returned to shareholders)-
only comes to an extra $30mill.
304mill shares x 0.10c
Not exactly a huge amount to be added to the M&A account.
