Couldn't put it better myself. Andrew Brown is the one who somehow got control of this fund and decided to use it as his plaything.

It is disgusting to way shareholders have been treated and the RISK MISMANAGEMENT alone is what is really troubling.

I was lucky to sell my remaining lot at 60ish. Made a huge loss though.

I'm still following this.

Look forward to see if you get any further info from management but won't hold my breath.

Where are the institutions in all this?? They just blindly tick through all resolutions at AGMs and don't really care cause it ain't THEIR dough.
