I can see why we are being beaten out of contracts - we're targeting 10-300 locker contracts but being unsuccessful, meanwhile InPost is going for global domination. I think from memory we may have been up against them for Saudi Post. perhaps time to give up PAD, work on IXP and develop something else. I do wonder if the company is already thinking in this way.
"Apart from Estonia, by the end of 2011 easyPack by InPost will be available in Russia, Spain, Cyprus, and Saudi Arabia. At the same time, InPost is preparing to launch up to 16 thousand easyPack by InPost machines throughout Europe within the next 4 years. The value of the project is estimated at € 350 million.
„We simply want to be a world market leader in terms of availability and range of the devices used for posting and collecting shipments. We believe that this dynamic and ambitious expansion will allow us to achieve a dominant position in the next 4 years”, declares Rafal Brzoska, CEO of InPost.
InPost’s European offensive schedule assumes the launch of:
3500 machines in 2012
4500 machines in 2013
4500 machines in 2014
3500 machines in 2015"
