what a disaster, page-22

i began worrying when i realised directors had virtually zero stake/shares in this company themselves. then out of the agm the other day i heard they are "preparing" a directors options plan. most directors in speculative stocks wont risk their own $$$ buying shares, regardless of how cheap they are because they can lobby for options plans at zero risk. directors fees are also usually peanuts in comparison to the value options can present if the plan is executed on favourable terms....

i wont revisit again here until the directors options plan is announced, but the whole saga thus far doesnt smell good in my humble opinion. the blockbuster drill announcement that led to the spike in sp came at a time when the company were almost bankrupt...it all just has that dodgy look to it now i think...
