Go to boardroom radio (www.brr.com.au) and watch SDL's last presentation from the ASX Emerging Growth conference in London. Go to roughly the 7 min. mark and you will hear GC state that the DFS will be finished on the 31/3. Not announced on the 31/3. Which has happened.
And If I can roughly remember GC also saying in an other video on brr (i think. I cant find it at the moment) that SDL has had a, dont quote me on this. A bad history of announcing announcements on time. In which he tends to rectify and be more afficient in releasing announcements on time.
If someone can correct me on this please do so.
