After a lunch I have come to the solution. Everyone BUY a minimum parcel of this dogs poo before they delist. Then WE can all insist on getting the financial information ( by mail of course). If they have a few hundred minority shareholders demanding information and reports , they will soon lose the supposed $60,000 benefit of being of not being a public company. Screw this scum!! Make the low life anuses buy us out at a price 'that reflects the true value'. This is a really disgraceful corporate mess. And Mr Pang and Wales are the prime instigators apparently.
