    yeah it was a bit of a weird release.

    i think this might be some legal mumbo jumbo posturing.

    Sounds like they havent accepted the the fact that their preferential rights over NFE interest have been triggered.

    Like I said looks like the lawyers playing games with the effect of giving ete some more time to decide on how to act.

    Any other thoughts on what it all means?
