    What a confusing release????
    I assume NFE is asking ETE whether they will exercise there pre-emptive right.
    If not, then ETE's JV status remains as is with a new JV partner replacing NFE.
    If the answer is yes to exercising the pre-emptive right, then say so??
    What's wrong with using plain ENGLISH!
    AM I wrong here? I'm not an MI5 operative who is good at decoding messages.
    My thoughts only.
