I agree re: media pumps pre fund raising....however I don't feel cash is an issue at present....but a low MC with the need for considerable finance is. Also a stable vanadium price is key....which we've hopefully started to see.
Additional MOUs would be great, and we all would love to see binding agreements - this would potentially address the small MC and build towards financing. I'm still holding over 50% of the position I did earlier this year and will plan to add to this as we make further moves north.
