We review the investment case for AMP following its recent share price decline and changes in equity market sentiment. AMP shares have fallen close to 20% from their recent peak of $8.00 and are now trading below our reduced valuation and price target. With the stock offering a forecast 12-month return of 21.8% (17.3% capital and 4.5% dividend yield) we have upgraded our recommendation to BUY.
