Shanghai inventory level was at about 83k tons on 6th Feb. The big nickel drawdown from China has not yet happened partly due to holiday slowdown and Beijing government is limiting production on stainless steel to control the winter PM2.5 fog at the moment. But mine shutdown in Philippine who is the major Chinese supplier, will have a big impact on the import. Factories in China will heat up the demand again in next week or two, that is when WSA will shoot up. So I have been accumulating between 2.45 to 2.60 till now. GLTA
