I contemplated selling when the shares were last at 14 cents but decided to hold on for a bit longer. When the price dropped below 10 cents I decided to do a little bit of research. Saw that Dunstan was paid 381K plus a bonus of 107K and Coveney 291K plus a bonus of 83K for 2015/16. Bonuses for what? Driving the price from 57c to 8c. There shouldn't have been any bonus's paid. Realised the company was IMO just another cash cow for nepotistic mates whose only concern was their pay packet and getting a good price for their shares acquired under the share based payment plan. Silly me for not realising this earlier. Decided to get out when they hit 14c again this being my cost. Hey I'm out now and in front. Whoohooo. GLTA if you reinvest into something else.
