really i think the frustration stems from the simple fact that shareholders are basically powerless, and just have to go along for the ride no matter how unjust it seems.
i bet we all pretty much agree on what we would "like" to see happen, but it's just "bend over and we'll tell you when were finished" for the average shareholder.
