ROS certainly did have to update the market, no arguement here on that point. However they should have done it before the option period expired, instead of leaving everyone guessing.

I also agree that ROS needs the silver project. if they dont get it ROS has blown the $2m deposit and may only have $1-1.5m (or less) in the bank with no project to show for it.

However, the likehood of that coming together must be slim seeing as they are being sue for "breach of contract".

Either way there is a lot more than is going to happen in the short term for ROS. I hope that there is a silver lining for current holders.
