Good points raised in your post. The time take to deal with this matter has been an absolute disgrace, there is no doubt about it. This does highlights the sad state of the Australian judicial system as a whole. It is broken and unfortunately the legal fraternity continue to be the main benefactors.
For reasons I can't say for fear of moderation, I am very confident in the outcome of the courts decision. From what I know the argument used against OBL was weak at best.
I believe the management has acted in the best interests of the company regarding this process and I am very excited for our future prospects once this shimozzle has been sorted.
All I can say is what we have is a very valuable piece of dirt in which others want 'in' some ethically and some not so ethically.
