Like you I can not find one compelling reason to invest , but I am of the opinion that the stock will eventually be subject to a takeover. Should that eventuate there will undoubtedly be a bit of a premium on todays price, in my humble opinion. However such a purchase would be nothing more than a speculative buy, and no more than that. As for a purchase price the figure that you mentioned is similar to the one I have in mind.
I am told that my Dad had a heap of shares in Ferrovanadium a company that I believe was delisted when I was still in Kindy, and I understand he lost heaps and possibly heaps more so I am not inclined to follow the metal but I hope it does well for you.
