Well, the cable has gone from 300km to 450km. That was supposed to be the final phase, but suddenly someone has realised that the power station has no fuel supply. So now the company has to put out contracts for the supply and installation of tanks and piping, bunding, concrete slabs etc. What else have they forgotten about? There is no ore feed port. Some piping and pipe racks have yet to be installed. Does the process plant have a water supply? Ha, just noticed - no, it does not.

So, apart from the electrical supply the plant is finished, apart from the ore feed, the water supply and the fuel supply.
