The Next Investors article which is widely read told it as is. The announcement was poorly written, totally confusing, vaguish info and a poorly timed in the context of the evaluation timeline. This has cost some shareholders dearly who bailed out at a loss based on this announcement and the resulting market reaction. No wonder they needed to do a clarification. What a fiasco.
