No point convincing - I've seen this happen many times, from the 97 crisis, to the 2000 bubble and the mother of them all in 08-09.

For example, in 09, I explained to some that the big four banks were too cheap - none bought. Or Telstra. Or Asciano. Or Citibank even.

Nope - pessimits will remain pessimists, and that is fine. Just keep compounding through business cycles from irrationality and herd mentality - many academic studies have proven this to be true - just google value investing research etc.

Or just understand what Warren Buffet does.
