The other interesting thing about the relationship with China is plant and equipment. If any RAU site was going to move from exploration site to become am operating mine site and associated milling operations you need infrastructure like a processing plant and equipment. Where would you think that you would get this from and I suggest it may just be China? If the order for infrastructure such as a processing plant and equipment was from or associated with a major mining Chinese company may be it also would get moved up the priority list as well.
May be a reason to visit China and look at technical information and specifications is not simply to look at exploration maps and bank accounts but is related to the next step to move from explorer to miner. Just a rough old guess but may be it has a little merit - may be not. Just a thought.
