I have little doubt you are shorting Biota still, with this rather misleading attempt to create fear. Biota is not in danger of bankruptcy.

Underperformance of royalties is the reason for this decline. Even on low royalties, Biota are cash-flow neutral at worst.

Explain how Biota would go broke?
