Have I missed something here! What has this management team done that shows a 'desire' (what a pussy word!)to really advance this company. The share price hike is due to circumstances beyond the control of BTA management and would have happened without their involvement (probably more so!) I am not having a dig at you, I am simply concerned that there is no driver at the helm of the company and the 'boys' are enjoying a real jolly on our behalf. I will be voting NO to any suggestion of increasing remuneration. Luck Q
