ANSTO have a vested interest. Try someone independent. In addition, all they say is that it is not added and that they used all safety measures necessary to perform the work, not what safety standards were necessary. An important difference.
To answer your questions,
No, Lmax does not produce HF, micas leach in sulfuric acid.
Yes, sulfuric acid is acidic, der. But if it splashes on you, you wont die. Unlike HF!
Lmax is not for spodumene (theres roasting for that), and if you call 62-73% recovery ok, then I guess Sileach can. But at what cost?
