i know the stock is very illiquid but i think this stock is a bargain. its share price is around 30% discount to nta and paying around a 7% yield while you are waiting for the market to realise. when they finish construction, the trust will be deriving more rent, so higher yield and therefore higher valuation.
Am I missing something?
