A CR before the DFS would be particulary stupid, yes it would especially when one was done 6 weeks ago.
REES are you serious you are aware that THR start up costs to produce a saleable product are 60 mil. A ree company to get to a saleable product for anything Decent is around 4 to 5 hundred mil +.
