    A little thing called transaction risk.

    Havent you heard/read all the stuff in the papers re BEPPA, and the potential for preferential access to some assets over corporate debt.

    75% is by no means guaranteed. If they vote their part down, you get nothing.

    The BBI share price is discounted for transaction risk. Simple.

    Would probably have to get to $0.03 before I was tempted.
