    The price hasnt been confirmed yet.

    However, the price is basically irrelevant, as it is in a new company... Any announced price would only draw comparisons between the current price of BBI, which would be futile.

    You will get $15,000 worth of shares in a new entity, priced at 8.7 x 2010 Earnings.
