You are right.
SER might have MC of over $10m if we take into accout its 20% holding in Tarcoola.
The other assets will not have any bigger value over that of 2 years ago ( remember the 2nd "GFC").
None of these assets has advanced since ( it doesn't mean that they have no value ....just the market will not pay much)
Who knows....The demerger might not proceed ( it seems that the market is betting on a failed "deal")
I haven't made up my mind as to how to vote....Might just leave it for the much bigger fish to decide (though I am a reasonable size fish...but I have no clue how it will pan out)
