    It's a game of mentality, and also a unique situation, there is potentially a big deal about to happen in favour of UNS yet there is no trading halt. You have decided it's not going to happen that's your call you will either be right or wrong. My assumption is if there was a trading halt you would be itching to get in,IMO you jumped to early , time and retrospect will give us the answers.
