Why did the sp surge instead of tanking after the initial announcement? Because the people thought, the more shares, the more cheap ones can be loaded. SSP an a "pro rata basis" lol
The next step of the hoax was minimizing the SPP to 20 M. OK, they diluted the company giving out > 50% to the chinese and now the good old shareholders who put up with DFs mess all those years can not be treated equally of course. Just don´t let me even mention the warrant situation and how they handle their options.
And now the top. What a lovely little bunny comes out of DFs hat today. Oh no, it´s a rat! The number of shares you hold is obsolet. The price of the SPP is higher, no warrants AND as a bonus for european investors: they are completely out.
Being from Italy I will contact my lawyer today and check the possabilities of legal action. If this goes through, I have to consult an expert in my hometown.
