And the baby boomers may need to free up some property to fund there retirement, ther baby boomer will have an exodus from property IMO just like super. The reason why the gov is increasing sg is because superfunds will collaps when the baby boomers leave, the gov does not want superfunds selling property to meet the shortfall.
