South coast outlets had a 50% sale last weekend. doesn't sound like
they're selling much and no profit margin in that.
Why would anyone pay $4 for a share in a company that has paid 7.5c a year dividend in this financial year and the one before.
They can only revalue there real estate a few times before everyone wakes up and drops them like an ugly girl.
