can these guys get anything right,just received another proxy...

can these guys get anything right,just received another proxy form as there where errors on the first one,what l would like to know is why the directors have not released to the asx about sending out a new proxy form. these guys cannot even get the format right on a proxy form what chance have they got in running medic vision ,more smoke and mirrors to come that l am sure about.
