do u seriously think that PNN went from 24 to 36 without someone wanting to run the stock to do a placement at a 20% discount?
how would you of felt if they did a placement when the stock was trading at 25c at a 20% reduction with 15% dilution.
don't get me wrong, PNN has amazing potential but management have screwed those who bought in on the breakout...
