Good points by all. Remember also that the share price only surged recently. Compared to what the SP has been over the last few months, issuing the shares at 27 cents is not a problem to me. And consider that discussion over this capital raising was most likely in the works before it went over 30 cents. As pointed it's quick money that we need. It barely dilutes us and gives great leverage to help boost our shares significantly. The reward will more than make up for a measely few cents. I'm not here to sell anywhere under $1, and I suspect I'm not alone.
