I do question that if someone has the time to be part of 2...

I do question that if someone has the time to be part of 2 different companies, then:

1. The SP of either company should be sound or heading north at the minimum, to be able to spread your time and efforts, to justify being on board both.
2. You don't have enough to do.
3. You are not doing enough.
4. You are on a gravy train.
