Commsec allows you T+1 for up to 25k.
T+3 in this case would actually mean that today the cash money should be in your broker account, however a sell today would only mean that the cash will be in your brokers account by Wednesday next week.
So I think T+3 is a myth with little substance, unless your broker (which I doubt very much) lets you get away with it!
