    The VHP 10 days time frame can be used involving more than three EU member states. (i.e trial patients in more than three EU countries)

    I assume once It is approved, ANP and its contractors could start commencing Phase II patient recruitment and ISIS can commence manufacturing while waiting for EC review approval.

    I don't see any ethical problem for ATL1103 trials.
