    Have just released an announcement that FAS have entered into a non exclusive mandate with Creafin. Hello, what is new? Refer the 2013/14 half yearly of March 2014 which confirms previous announcement that Creafin have been engaged to seek funding.

    So why the trading halt why the suspension. This is a nothing announcement from a nothing company. Nothing has changed except a somewhat informal arrangement is now an executed mandate. Is this Price sensitive information? Hardly.

    How to ASX and ASIC allow this sort of carry on?

    Just watch the price tank on reopen.
