Incorrect. Everything you wrote in your above post I already read and summarised maybe 1-2 months back about their drug.
There is nothing in those statements that concludes it was filled in Q1 as promised. The only reference one could cling to was "orphan drug status december".
That has nothing to do with the filing. Seriously name one component in that entire post that specifies that JCR lodged in Q1 as it was said they would because I've read it all before.
And for the hard of hearing JCR's own website says they are "preparing to lodge".
